General information

Where are you located?

We are located in Shenzhen China next to one of the largest ports in China. We also are within 100km of both Guangzhou and Hong Kong which serve as major logistic centers in Southern China.

Could I use CSV to place orders to you?

Yes you can release orders in three different methods. Manually entering the order, uploading a CSV of orders or connecting to our dashboard through API.

What eCommerce platforms do you work with?

We work with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Wish, Aliexpress

What is the minimum order quantity you require?

We don't have any minimum order quantity. We support businesses in all stages of growth

How long do you need to process my orders?

We will process your orders within 24 hours of receipt

Can you make product pictures or video?

We are not product photo professionals but if you would like us to send you a photo or video of your products on receipt then we can do this.

Do you have US/EU warehouses?

We work with many partner warehouses around the world to forward your freight to your intended destination.

What are the advantages of freight forwarders in China?

Freight forwarders in China are able to more quickly and efficiently connect with your factory and get your products onto a ship or plane as fast as possible. We can help you act as your eyes on the ground in China. We also typically offer more competitive shipping rates than companies located locally in the US or Europe.

How do you accept payment?

We accept bank or wire transfers. We don’t accept credit cards because international transaction fees are high and we prefer to pass on the fee savings to our customers by providing more competitive shipping rates.

When do you require payment?

For new customers we require payment before shipment. For customers we have cooperated for 6 months or more we can offer payment terms.

Do you have an online system where I can track my storage inventory?

Yes, we have a dashboard where you can monitor your inventory fluctuations on a daily basis

Are there any types of products you do not accept?

We are not able to handle products that require refrigeration as we do not have refrigeration in our warehouse

Shipment process

Does your company receive shipments directly from manufacturers in China?

Yes we can receive shipments directly from your manufacturer. If your purchase terms with your factory are EXW then we can help you to pick up your products from your factory if necessary.

How quickly will you ship my products out?

For D2C shipments we will ship your products within 24 hours. For Sea Freight shipments we will arrange the shipment within three days, and ship departure will be within one week. For Air Freight we will load your products on a plane departure within three days

Do you charge inbound and outbound carton fees?

We only charge outbound fees and no inbound fees to make things simple. If you use our freight forwarding services then we also do not charge outbound carton fees

How to choose a transportation mode? Train, air, or ocean?

Choosing the best mode of transportation is a balance between the delivery time requirements and the cost. We work with our customers to provide several shipment methods of different speeds and cost to choose from. This helps our customers to choose the best option for their current situation and business needs.

Do you offer container consolidation from many different factories?

We help many of our customers to consolidate containers from many of their factories to save on shipping costs. If you use our freight forwarding services then we provide a highly discounted rate for providing this service.

Can our wholesale customers pick up their orders directly from your warehouse?

Yes, you can enter an order in our system as pickup and we will hand off your products to your customers shipper.

Can you repackage our products in new boxes before shipping to FBA or to my customers?

We understand that sometimes boxes are in bad shape coming from manufacturers. Our warehouses will try to re-use as many boxes as possible, but for items that need new packaging we can switch out the box. There is an additional box fee depending on the size of the box needed to ship the unit.

Can your company make us custom boxes or packaging?

Yes. You can send us your design requirements, size, and quantity and we can provide you a quote for custom packaging. It’s also ok if you prefer to procure the packaging on your own, and then our warehouse team can help with packaging your products in your boxes.

Can you put stickers with a logo of our store for each package?

Yes we can help you add stickers or put inserts into your packages for special sales promotions that you may run from time to time.
